You will be building your flying hours and experience by working full time as a flight instructor – literally be paid to fly. Inspire the next generation of pilots while cementing your knowledge of aviation. Whether you want to make a career out of it or use it as a way to build experience on your way to the airlines, flight instructing is a well respected pilot job.

Once employed, you’ll enjoy opportunities to upskill and progress in line with your individual career goals.
Experience as a Flight Instructor is highly regarded by all sectors of the aviation industry. After gaining experience as a Grade 3 Flying Instructor, you can upgrade to Grade 2 (and later Grade 1).
TVSA Pilot Training offers state-of-the-art training facilities and a fleet of Cessna and Piper aircraft fitted with the latest in Avionics technology, as well as the latest in Flight Simulation Training Devices.
We also offer on-site accommodation with private and shared rooms available.
Once you have completed your qualifications with us, you will be guaranteed a position as a Flight Instructor working with us.
